Pucker up! A bright red pout always looks good whether it's day or night, dressed up or dressed down. My go-to is Nars Dragon Girl Velvet Matte Lip Pencil. It's a liptick and a lipliner in one jumbo pencil, super easy to apply, and the color lasts (almost) forever. This picture was taken a few months ago. I just love how my lipstick still looked perfect at 3 AM - no touch up needed.
